Long Haul Truck Driver (2 Positions)


Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime

Salary: $31.00 per hour for 50-60.00 hours per week

Anticipated Start date :  As soon as possible

Location:  Winnipeg, Manitoba 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience


Credentials:Driver's Licence (Class 1 or A); Air Brakes Endorsement or Equivalent.


Job Duties:  Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo, Load and unload goods, Perform preventative maintenance, Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, Perform brake adjustments, Perform emergency roadside repairs, Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption, Oversee condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.


Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel outside Manitoba Provinces, Cross Border, Willing to travel for extended periods, Willing to travel overnight, Valid and clean Driver’s Licence.
